Founder & CEO
Rickie Lynn Harris
Rickie Lynn Harris is a mother of 6 and a grandmother of 8. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Queen’s Haven Bounce Back Program. Rickie’s vision was set in her as a little girl and she is grateful that she is able to serve her community by helping those who are at a disadvantage and at a loss of hope due to life experiences. It was through her own experience of a second chance that she now can empower others to build their lives after the experiences of pain and trauma. Rickie is a strong believer in education, and she also believes that no matter how old you are and what you have been through you can get through it.

Yolanda Livingston
Yolanda, a native of Richmond, California, has been the Owner and Director of Kidz Connection Group Childcare for more than 29 years. Trained by The United States Air Force Department of Defense. She is an Early Childhood Educator. As a licensed Evangelist in Gospel Tabernacle church, she received hundreds of managements and leaders ship training hours, and her service includes; The Director of Gospel Tabernacle Youth Department, Sunday School Children's Breakfast Coordinator, Adult and Youth Teacher, Usher, Young Women's Christian Council, Hospitality, Choir Member, and jurisdictional services.
As a Mentor, Vice President, and Coach, Yolanda received many awards, conducted numerous seminars, wrote several articles, and was a media presence in her community.

Mady Willie
Mady grew up in Carthage Texas, with 15 siblings and was educated at Angelina Jr. College and East Texas Baptist University where she received her Associate’s degree and her Bachelors degree in Fine Art and Counseling. She has worked with Mental Health Clients to support their psychological and emotional well-being for 36 years, which also include substance abuse and overindulgence in or dependence on an addictive behavior.

Tierra Andrews
Tierra was born and raised in Richmond, CA and is a loving partner and mother to her daughter. Over the last decade, she has pursued a career in the construction industry and was just recently promoted to Construction Manager! In fact, her career started in the very building we are occupying today. Tierra was just a construction manager INTERN in 2011 & 2012 when The Richmond Bart Parking garage was being built.She worked alongside the contractors and engineers until the completion of the project. Since then, she has worked with local school districts, public agencies, and general contractors to deliver over $100 million dollars’ worth of construction projects to the bay area communities.

Aundrey Livingston
Aundrey Livingston, a native of Richmond, California, currently resides in Minot, North Dakota, after serving 23 years in the Air Force Security Forces. He is the Security Operations Supervisor at Minot State University and the owner of All-Star Auto Detailing. He received his Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, in Management and Management/Human Resource, from Park University.
As a Teacher, Advisor, and Coach, Aundrey received many awards, including the Air Force Commendation Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters and the National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Star.

Andria Fagge'Tt
Andria Fagge’Tt earned a BA, double majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Communications from Minot State University in North Dakota. Growing up, she always had the heart to give and help people, especially to underserved families. She has almost 25 years of experience working in nearly all capacities of customer service from retail to management, volunteering opportunities, and owning her own business.
Andria is the Jump Start to the New You program Coordinator with Family Values for Life, a faith-based nonprofit organization in East St. Paul, Minnesota. Her previous endeavors prepared her for this role and aligned with her values of faith and family. She understands positivity is a powerful tool and there is always something good in every seemingly dismal situation.

Denise Jones

Denise Jones- is the proud parent of five wonderful children, and currently six grandchildren and a wonderful life partner that she loves all so very much.
Denise Jones is also founder of, “Queen’z At the Table" an organization that designed to make holding those hard conversations fun, freeing, and life changing. Her goal is to help everyday women such as herself realign their crowns from the blows of life. Denise has been through many challenges however she says “she not a victim but an overcomer".
Denise has a sincere passion for hurting and wounded people. She loves sharing practical stories to help others see a better way of making healthy choices for their lives.

Dr. Rana Berman
Rana is the epitome of educational success. She has been a mentor, educator and student for over 3 decades. Receiving her Doctrine degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education and she Defended Dissertation in 2017. Her Coursework included Designing Curriculum, Advanced Academic Study, Writing, Leading and Managing Higher and Postsecondary Institutions.
She received her Master of Arts in Education with specialty in Social Justice and Equity, Certificate in teaching post-secondary composition

Stacy Taylor
My name is Stacy Taylor, I’m a mother of one son. I’ve been a Lab Assistant for 35 years. I was born and raised in Richmond, CA. I reside in Hercules, CA. I currently teach The New Members Class at Elisabeth Missionary Baptist Church.
My passion is feeding the homeless. I’ve been feeding the less fortunate over 20 years. Through giving from my heart. Stacy’s Ministry was developed. I organize quarterly homeless feeding. My goal is to one day have a building for the homeless to come and have a hot meal everyday.
Advisor-Chaplain
Dr. Aminta Mickles
Dr. Mickles provide quality education to young and older adult populations. Develop curriculum for classes, Introduction to Dual Disorders, Substance Abuse Counseling and Health and Human Services. Provide group and individual counseling, mentor students in the Health and Human Services Dept. Grant proposals for education. Received funding to open a mental health clinic on campus. Recently collaborated with consumer mental health and developed classes for SPIRIT on campus.
She also holds an Associate of Arts Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science PhD California Coast University, Candidate (ABD) ,m.All from San Francisco State University Psychology. She also holds numerous awards, receiving the honor of Teacher of the Year Award.
Consultant
Tonya Williams
Tonya has over thirty years as a facilitator, and over twenty years of administration experience. Of those twelve years she served as the Executive Director of the Girls After School Academy (GASA) located in San Francisco. GASA is located in Sunnydale Public Housing Development, deemed as one of the most crime ridden, isolated and underserved areas of San Francisco. During her tenure she has helped hundreds of girls graduate from high school, attend college/vocational schools, obtain jobs and are now productive citizens within their respective communities.

Since 2012 she has worked as a consultant assisting city, counties, non-profit and faith-based organizations throughout the Bay Area build their infrastructure capacities. She completed a workshop of Developing a Lifestyle of Forgiveness in 2017 and was transformed, and now she would like to share her practice of developing a lifestyle of forgiveness with others.

Tiana Mitchell-Stokes
Tiana brings to Queens Haven a wealth of experience in the hospitality arena. Her infectious smile and her ability to make people feel so welcomed in any setting is outstanding. She is also a mother of 7 year old Amias Carter Whitfield alongside an AWESOME and loving husband. She also has great customer service skills, a beautiful and pleasant personality and attitude. She has been the front desk manager for many hotel chains including. The Graduate, an upscale hotel in the City of Berkeley.

She also has the heart to want to help everyone she comes in contact with. Her heart is as big as the ocean and she loves to see people happy and smiling.
